Zinc 14.7mg), Selenium as selenomethionine 25mcg.
Dosage: Adults take 1 capsule daily before food or as directed by a health care professional.
Note: Contains 26mcg of Selenium. A dose of 100mcg of Selenium should not be exceeded from supplements.
