Suitable for adults and children. Take 1-3 cups daily for maintaining good health. Take first cup before breakfast for best detoxification effect. For full detoxifying benefit take 3 cups daily for 6-12 weeks before meals. Can be safely taken longer for maintenance to enhance good health and vitality.

Use as part of a deep cleansing program: Drink one cup of ARTEMIS Liver Detox Tea before breakfast, followed by ARTEMIS Kidney Cleanse Tea after breakfast. Repeat cycle at lunch time and afternoon tea.

PreparationTake 1 level teaspoon (1 g) per cup, place into plunger, china pot or infuser, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.

SuitabilityFor adults and children.

StorageClose can after use to avoid external contamination. Re-use can for your 90g or 200g refills. Keep away from heat and moisture.
